3. Google Sign-In and Google User Data
Our Site provides Google Sign-In as an optional authentication method. When you choose Google Sign-In, Google asks you to authorize the information that our application requests.
Depending on the permissions configured for our application, this may include:
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- Your Google account's unique identifier.
- Your Google profile picture URL.
We use Google user data only to authenticate you, create or match your Site account, identify your account when you sign in, and provide account-related functionality.

We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or other Google services unless such access is specifically requested through Google's authorization process and described in this Privacy Policy.
4. Discord and Facebook Sign-In
Discord and Facebook are optional authentication methods. When you choose one of these services, we receive only the information made available to our application according to the permissions you authorize and the provider's API.
This information may include your provider account ID, name or display name, email address when available, and profile picture information.
We use this information to authenticate you, create or match your Site account, and provide account-related functionality.
5. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We may use third-party service providers to operate and maintain the Site. These may include providers for:
- OAuth authentication through Google, Discord, and Facebook.
- Email delivery.
- SMS or phone verification, if enabled.
- Hosting and database services.
- Security, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention.
These providers may process personal information only as necessary to provide their services to us.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or OAuth account information to third parties.
We may disclose information when required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or property of the Site, our users, or others.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Site to function, including maintaining your login session and remembering your language preference.
These cookies are not used by us for advertising purposes.
If analytics or advertising services are enabled on the Site, those services may use their own cookies or similar technologies and will be subject to their respective privacy policies and applicable disclosure requirements.
7. Image Watermarking and Content Protection
Images displayed on the Site may include watermarks, and certain browser interactions such as right-clicking or drag-and-drop saving may be restricted as a deterrent against unauthorized reuse.
These measures do not involve collecting additional personal information and are not tied to your Google, Discord, Facebook, email, or phone-number account.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active or as long as necessary to provide the services you request.
Login and security records may be retained for a limited period for security, fraud prevention, and abuse-prevention purposes.
If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where information must be retained to comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain legitimate security and abuse-prevention records.
Information obtained from Google, Discord, or Facebook and associated with your Site account will be deleted or anonymized as part of the account-deletion process, subject to the same legal and security exceptions.
9. Account Deletion and Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information through the contact form. If you signed in with Google, Discord, or Facebook, you may also revoke our application’s access in that provider’s account settings. Revoking access prevents the provider from sharing further information with our application, but does not necessarily delete information already stored in your Site account. To request deletion of that information, use the contact form.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
These measures may include HTTPS encryption, securely hashed passwords, access controls, authentication controls, and security monitoring.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13, or the minimum age required in the applicable jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
12. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than the country where you live, including countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country of residence.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, data practices, or applicable legal requirements.
When we make material changes, we will update the revision date or provide appropriate notice. The updated policy will apply from its effective date.
